The Vermentino by Notte Rossa is a Salento white wine with a fresh and marine character, vinified and matured exclusively in steel. It retains all the fragrant aromas of white-fleshed fruit, notes of juicy citrus, hints of Mediterranean scrub and aromatic herbs, on a sea background. The sip is straightforward, light, and smooth, with a fresh-savory texture.
