The Sparkling wine Cuvée 50 Months from Terrazze dell'Etna is a vintage Classic Method born on the slopes of the volcano from 100% Chardonnay grapes. After a long aging on the lees, it shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a creamy perlage. The nose reveals a persistent aromatic profile characterized by hints of bread crust, quince, chamomile, plum and yeast. On the palate it is mineral and full-bodied, with a pleasant sapid persistence and fruity finish
