The Coste della Sesia Rosso ‘Al Forte’ by Le Pianelle is the youngest and liveliest version of the classic local trio: Nebbiolo, Croatina, and Vespolina. The spontaneous fermentation and a short maceration preserve all the fruit's vivacity, while a brief passage in French oak adds roundness. On the nose, red fruits and slight floral hints are noticeable, while on the palate it is juicy and fresh. A red that can accompany an entire meal
