The Quater Vitis Bianco by Firriato is an aromatic white wine from Sicily obtained from various local grape varieties, vinified only in steel. The aromatic spectrum is rich and varied, with hints of exotic fruit, orange blossom, and passion fruit. On the palate, it is soft and engaging, balanced and with good freshness.

The white wine "Quater Vitis" by Firriato is a Sicilian white wine with a distinctly aromatic profile, which encapsulates the best of the most characteristic white grape varieties of regional viticulture. A very balanced bottle that clearly reflects the territory, where the fresh imprint is appreciated, evident on the palate and responsible for a drinking experience that is nothing short of smooth and enjoyable. To be tried at the table with strictly Sicilian fish recipes!

The "Quater Vitis" made by Firriato comes from a blend in which each of the four varieties present, Inzolia, Carricante, Catarratto, and Zibibbo, contributes to the final blend in the same percentage. The vines grow in a soil characterized by a calcareous and clayey subsoil, at about 200-250 meters above sea level, within the Agro of Trapani. The grapes undergo a soft pressing, and the must ferments in steel tanks for a total of about 20 days. The wine then matures for 6 months in steel, until the winery deems it ready to be bottled and marketed.

The "Quater Vitis" Bianco produced by the Firriato winery presents itself visually with a straw yellow color, endowed with a particularly bright light. Generous and typically aromatic on the nose, it tells of touches of exotic fruit and floral hints, while at the end of the analysis, a slight hint of aromatic herbs is perceived. On the palate, it is light-bodied tending to medium, with a precise and clean sip that envelops the palate thanks to a fresh imprint, from which a fruity taste emerges. A bottle that, confirming itself harvest after harvest with scores that are nothing short of interesting, is capable of aging in the bottle for the next two or three years, reserving excellent surprises.
