"Giustino B" is a Prosecco among the most famous, elegant, and representative: those who love Prosecco love Giustino B. Light, clear, and fresh on the palate, it reveals notes of white flowers, pears, and ripe peaches from its aromatic bouquet. A true institution of Valdobbiadene, a perfect companion for an elegant aperitif in the Magnum format!

The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry “Giustino B” Magnum by Ruggeri is born in the UNESCO World Heritage territory, an area dedicated to the production of wines famous all over the world for their rare quality. The winery is linked to the Bisol family, who already in the second half of the 19th century produced wine in a small reality near Santo Stefano. It was only in 1950 that Giustino Bisol decided to partner with his cousin, giving rise to the new winery Ruggeri, named after his cousin. It was among the first wineries to produce sparkling wine and soon became one of the most important brands for Prosecco production. Today Paolo Bisol and Isabella Ruggeri carry on the family business, always looking towards the future and sustainability.

The vineyards of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry “Giustino B” Magnum by Ruggeri are located on the Hills of Valdobbiadene near Conegliano, an area of the best crus. Their position is south-facing towards the Piave River and they are situated about 200 meters above sea level; the climate is continental with hot and humid summers and cold winters, since we are at the foot of the Dolomites. The soil is mainly composed of sand and limestone combined with ancient marine fossils for a delicate yet characterful final product. The harvest is conducted manually in September; in the winery, alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel, and during the spring following the harvest, the sparkling process occurs. It ages on the lees for 3 months.

Visually, the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry “Giustino B” Magnum by Ruggeri presents a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections and a delicate and pleasant perlage. The bouquet of aromas recalls apple and pear, yellow peach, and acacia flowers with final hints of pink grapefruit. On the palate, it is harmonious and elegant with a delightful persistence on the finish that invites you to drink glass after glass. It is recommended to pair with light appetizers based on fish or vegetables; also suitable with first courses seasoned with shellfish and mollusks and mixed fried dishes. An interesting product, excellent for toasting with lifelong friends during joyful celebrations, savoring all the tradition of one of the most famous lands in the world.
