Its profile is rich and aromatic with notes of citrus, chamomile, yellow fruit combined with an exuberant minerality that is almost salty.
The Malvasia "Vigna 80 Anni" produced by I Clivi is a label that represents the excellence of Friulian whites, always famous for intensity, aromatic richness, and longevity. The grapes are pressed whole cluster and the must, after static decantation, ferments spontaneously in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Before bottling, the wine rests for 12 months in steel tanks on the fine lees. In the glass, it has a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it opens with aromas of wildflowers, chamomile, citrus aromas, yellow fruit, and mineral sensations. The sip is dynamic, aromatically deep, and accompanied by a clear mineral vein, leading to a savory and very fresh finish.
