Lugana Valmori 2025

The Lugana di Valmori is a graceful version from the Veneto side of this denomination. Obtained in steel with a measured pressing, it aims to extract the fresh side of the Turbiana grapes to the fullest. On the nose, it is fine, with a citrus side, a floral hint, and a memory of almond resting on a saline base. The sip is savory and lively, well-balanced and versatile at the table: perfect with fried fish, such as squid and anchovies.
