The Fiano ‘Mosaico’ by Notte Rossa is born in the Ionian-Salento area, a land of strong temperature variation that allows for optimal ripening of the grapes. In the winery, a soft pressing is performed, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The result is a brilliant white that offers fragrant floral notes intertwined with fresh citrus hints on the nose. On the palate, it is embracing, supported by pronounced softness and harmonious sapidity. Ideal when paired with grilled fish and shellfish.
