Tenuta Cavalier Pepe's Falanghina 'Lila' is a fresh, mineral and fruity white wine. The grapes grow on sandy-volcanic soils between Luogosano and Sant'Angelo all'Esca. In the cellar, they are vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks and left to rest on fine lees. All these techniques are aimed at enhancing the tension and freshness of the wine. The bouquet offers pineapple, banana, apple and pear with hints of white flowers, while the palate shows acidity, balance and great freshness. Perfect with fried fish
