Champagne Brut "Majeur" from the ancient Ayala winery is an explosion of freshness and taste, perfect for celebrating important occasions with friends. This label is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes and aged on its own yeasts for 3 years. In the glass it has a light yellow colour with brilliant reflections and a fine and persistent perlage, on the nose there are notes of white pulp fruit, orange blossom and definite hints of yeast. The taste is fresh, mineral, creamy, fruity, with a balanced and long finish

The Champagne Brut “Majeur” by Ayala is the most representative label of the Maison, made in the most classic and traditional style. It is a balanced cuvée of the three most common grape varieties in Champagne: the elegant finesse of Chardonnay combines with the vertical structure of Pinot Noir and the fruity richness of Meunier. It perfectly expresses the freshness and purity that have always characterized Ayala labels. The aging on the lees allows for achieving perfect expressive maturity, which gives a harmonious and intense sip, of great pleasure. It is an ideal bottle to enjoy at aperitif time or with seafood appetizers.

The Brut “Majeur” by Ayala is a cuvée made with grapes from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier coming from vineyards cultivated in over 70 crus located in different areas of the Champagne region: Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Aube, Vitry, and Côte de Sézanne. Each individual parcel is vinified separately, in order to have the maximum possibility of choice at the time of forming the final cuvée. After soft pressing, the must is sent for fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. At the end of a few months of aging, the vins clairs are blended for the tirage. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a stay on the lees in the Maison's cellars for at least 36 months.

The “Majeur” by Ayala is a Brut Champagne that expresses the typical richness of a sans année, combined with the clear purity that characterizes the style of the Maison of Aÿ. In the glass, it presents a brilliant gold color crossed by a luminous, fine, and continuous perlage. The bouquet is rich and expressive with aromas of white flowers, hawthorn, orange blossom, fragrances of citrus peel, lime, grapefruit, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, green apple, Williams pear, peach, hints of bread crust, and light nuances of dried fruit. The sip is broad and intense, creamy and soft, with harmonious aromas, that anticipate a fresh, savory finish with good taste persistence.
