Erbaluce "Erbavoglio" from the Torraccia del Piantavigna winery is a fresh and versatile white wine from northern Piedmont. The grapes of the same name that make up the wine are harvested by hand and then aged for 6 months in steel tanks and 12 months in the bottle. The straw yellow colour with greenish reflections is reminiscent of the large meadows of this area and the aromas bring to mind fresh crunchy fruit and lemon grass. The taste is agile, mineral, clean and with a slightly bitter finish
